Every January, a lot of my friends refer business to me because of questions they get asked, like: “Are there Lawyers That Do Wills Near Me?” and “Do you know a good estate attorney in Los Angeles?” and also, “Is there an estate attorney near me?”
Why does this happen in January? Because everyone’s New Year’s Resolution is to get their estate plan squared away. And with good reason. Having an estate plan is critical for anyone who owns a business, has children, or owns any significant assets, like property, expensive jewelry or collectibles, special heirlooms, or someone who benefits from royalties.
If we haven’t yet, I’m Brittany Britton, and I’m an experienced Los Angeles estate attorney and the founder of Best Coast Estate Law.
