As we wrap up 2025, I’m taking a moment to pause, reflect, and share a bit of where we’ve been at Best Coast Estate Law, P.C.. It’s been a year of growth for our estate planning law firm, challenge, new relationships, and deep, meaningful work.
What We’re Grateful For
First and foremost: thank you. This year, we had the privilege of helping dozens of families and individuals across Los Angeles, Burbank, and beyond plan for their future. We helped formulate simple wills, comprehensive living trusts, and trust administration. We watched as clients gained peace of mind, protected their legacies, and secured their families’ futures. And all of it was completely rewarding.
Beyond the numbers, what stands out most is the trust you placed in us during some of life’s most important transitions — becoming new parents, caring for aging loved ones, safeguarding business and property assets. Getting a message telling us, “Thank you” is the kind of feedback that reminds me why I became an estate planning attorney in the first place.
Our Estate Planning Law Firm Gained Momentum
2025 marked significant growth for Best Coast Estate Law, P.C.. We expanded our capacity, welcomed new clients from a wider range of neighborhoods, and honed our ability to deliver legal services that feel personal, accessible, and tailored — whether it was a virtual consultation, an evening meeting for working moms, or an in-home appointment for clients unable to travel.
I’m proud that our core values — convenience, clarity, confidence, and comprehensiveness — continued guiding every client we helped.
What We Learned & What’s Changed
Estate planning isn’t a “set-it-and-forget-it” exercise. This year reaffirmed how critical it is for individuals and families to revisit their plans when life changes. I saw firsthand how plans that were “good enough” five years ago suddenly needed updating to reflect new realities.
Most importantly, communication is everything. Explaining legal concepts in plain English, breaking down complex trust or probate matters, ensuring clients feel empowered and informed — that continues to be at the heart of our mission.
What to Expect in 2026
I’m excited about what’s next. Here are a few of the things we’re planning:
- More in-depth resources (articles, guides, maybe webinars) to help clients understand estate planning, trusts, probate, and more — so they feel confident, not overwhelmed.
- Continued expansion of our virtual and in-home service offerings, especially for busy Californians and families spread across states.
- A renewed emphasis on education-first estate planning so we can teach clients not just what to sign, but why every document matters.
- Deepening relationships with local communities across Los Angeles County and Palm Springs; making estate planning approachable for more people, regardless of age, socioeconomics, or background.
Thank You
From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every client, referral partner, friend, and supporter who trusted our estate planning law firm with something as important as your family’s future.
To those still on the fence about estate planning: it doesn’t have to be complicated. It doesn’t have to be scary. It just has to be done. If you’ve been meaning to get started, I’d love to help.
Here’s to a restful holiday season, a hopeful 2026, and to everyone’s peace of mind and security.
With gratitude,
Brittany Britton
